Grass fed Linneman's Montana sirloin w/boiled potatoes, bibb lettuce with buttermilk dressing (buttermilk, lemon, garlic, homemade mayo [farm egg, oilive oil])
This sirloin has amazing flavor--the fat wasn't too musky this time, just really good beefy, leathery flavor.
