Salsicce con fagioli e cotiche (excellent)
carciofi (no herbs, just really really intense artichoke flavor well season with salt and oil seemingly infused with artichoke)
Animelle (grilled or pan fried, served lemon, very good, but very simple)
Coda alla vaccinara (BIG pieces of coda di bue, falling off bone, sugo di pinioli, ouvetta, e cioccolato. Amazing)
Dolci, torta di visciole, and a torta di cioccolato e riccota (very good, but not that exciting)
