At La Gensola we had
Bland mussels and scallops.
Very good fish--filletto di riciolla with tomato, capers and sage.
Very Very good stracetti of beef with eggplant and sharp provalone. Seemed like it may have been fried in pork fat, but there was no guanciale in the dish.
Desserts were way too sweet, and cannoli was only half filled.
